Mobile Applications

Philanthropy Cloud mobile applications work differently from the web application, which means you may need to make some changes to your Single Sign-On configuration.

Setting up your current SAML Single Sign-On integration to work with Philanthropy Cloud mobile applications may require changes to your Identity Provider. Philanthropy Cloud mobile applications will only work with Service Provider-Initiated authentication flow. If you are using Identity Provider-Initiated authentication for web application access, you will need to add or change to Service Provider-Initiated authentication to support SSO access for mobile app users, or allow users to log in to Philanthropy Cloud with a username and password.
