Customize Philanthropy Cloud
When employees sign into Philanthropy Cloud, they land on the Home page. Customize your organization's site and Home page with company-driven branding, campaigns, and messaging.
Brand Your Site
Align your Philanthropy Cloud site with your organization’s branding by customizing the logo, colors, and footer information.
The Branding page displays in the organization's default language. To customize site branding for a different language, select the appropriate language. Site colors are determined by the organization’s default language and are not customizable per language.
As you update the site’s branding, the Preview shows what the site will look like to your organization or workplace.
Note: Based on organization preferences or your user role, some Philanthropy Cloud features may not be available.
Important for WAMs:
WAMs must make sure that they're in the right workplace context before performing any tasks. Functionality may differ based on workplace context and the associated privileges for that site.
WAMs can switch between the workplaces they administer and the context of their own organization, which itself may be a workplace. To switch between workplace contexts, enter the name of the workplace or organization in the Search field located in the toolbar.
To brand your site:
Select Branding.
In the Logo section, drop an image file in the appropriate area or select Browse.
The displayed logo is scaled to fit inside a 50px high by 150px wide area, maintaining its aspect ratio. Supported file formats are .jpg, .gif, .syg, and .png. The maximum file size is 5MB. Philanthropy Cloud automatically scales and pads your image.
In the Colors section, select the Primary color or enter a custom color code. For readability and accessibility, some colors may not appear exactly as defined.
Select the Accent color or enter a custom color code.
In the Footer section, enter text or images for each section. Update text size and style, add images, or add links as needed.
Note: The first section of the footer is dedicated to Philanthropy Cloud and cannot be personalized.
Select Save.
