Profile
You can customize your profile to personalize your Philanthropy Cloud experience. Tap Menu to access or edit your profile.
Personalized recommendations display on your Philanthropy Cloud Featured content based on the skills and causes you select in your profile, as well as based on your location and engagement history.
Your giving and volunteering history tells the story of your philanthropic impact to date, allowing you to view the details of your supported organizations and past events. You can manage upcoming opportunities and recurring events from your profile.
You can also log volunteer time from the profile section of the Menu, as well as view your upcoming volunteer opportunities.
Your personal details can be viewed and edited as required.
Note: If you are a Philanthropy Cloud Champion, you are able to coordinate volunteering events for your organization. Your Champion status is indicated by a badge on your profile. If you have questions about this role, please contact your administrator.
My Image
Personalize your profile by updating your profile image. You can change your profile image at any time by tapping your profile picture.
Philanthropy Cloud Champions are recognized by their organization as leaders in philanthropy. If you are a Philanthropy Cloud Champion for your organization, your Champion status is indicated by a special icon on your image. If you have questions about this role, please contact your administrator.
To update your profile image:
Tap Menu to access your profile picture.
Tap the photo icon.
Tap Take Photo to take a photo or Choose Photo to choose or modify an image file. The maximum files size of the file is 10 MB. Acceptable image formats are .jpg, .gif, and .png. Philanthropy Cloud automatically scales and pads your image.
My Details
You can configure your currency and calendar settings in in the My Details section of your profile.
To set your details:
Tap Menu.
In the profile section, navigate to My Details.
Edit your personal details as required.
My Causes
You can select the causes that are important to you in the My Causes section of your profile.

To select causes that are important to you:
Tap Menu.
In the profile section, navigate to My Causes.
Select a cause by tapping the item. To deselect an item, tap the item again.
Select all of the causes that you are passionate about.
My Skills
Everyone is good at something, and you can share your superpowers with others when you volunteer. You can select your skills in the My Skills section of your profile.
Personalized recommendations display on your Philanthropy Cloud Featured content based on the skills and causes you select in your profile, as well as your location and engagement history.
When you select a volunteer opportunity to see its full details and to sign up, matched skills from your profile are indicated in the list of relevant or requested skills for the opportunity, if applicable.
To select your skills:
Tap Menu.
In the profile section, navigate to My Skills.
Select the skills you can offer to volunteer opportunities.
Tap on as many checkboxes as you like. Remove a skill by tapping on the selection.
My Donations
You can view and manage your donation history in the My Donations section of your profile.
Download a tax receipt for a credit card donation by tapping Receipt.
You can easily donate to a cause or organization again by selecting Donate Again.
To view your donation history:
Tap Menu.
In the profile section, navigate to My Donations to view all donations including one-time and recurring donations.
Select a donation to view and manage its details.
To download a tax receipt for a credit card donation, select Receipt.
Note: Tax receipts display your home address when it is available. Otherwise, your work address is displayed.
To view the full details for a particular donation, select the campaign, nonprofit, or impact fund.
To view a list of donations, tap Filters and select the type, state, or amount range for your donations.
My Volunteering
You can view and manage your upcoming volunteer opportunities, as well as the details of your volunteering history in the My Volunteering section of your profile.
You can log time for a volunteer opportunity by selecting Log Time.
You can easily volunteer for an opportunity again by tapping Volunteer Again.
Upcoming Volunteer Opportunities
You can view and manage your upcoming volunteer opportunities in the upcoming volunteer opportunities screen of My Volunteering.
To view your upcoming volunteer opportunities:
Tap Menu.
In the profile section, navigate to My Volunteering.
Tap Upcoming to see the list of volunteer opportunities you selected.
Select a particular volunteer opportunity to view full details.
Tap My Shifts to view details for a shift-based volunteer opportunity. Tap Edit to add or remove shifts from the calendar and then tap Update.
To cancel your sign up, tap Cancel Shift.
To log time for a volunteer opportunity, tap Log Time.
Past Volunteer Opportunities
You can view and manage your volunteering history in the past volunteer opportunities screen of My Volunteering.
You can log time manually for your flexible volunteer opportunities, as well as for any other volunteering that you do by selecting Log Time. Edit the logged time for your volunteer opportunities as required.
To view your volunteering history:
Tap Menu.
In the profile section, navigate to My Volunteering.
Select Past to view a list of opportunities you volunteered for.
To edit a logged time entry, tap Edit Time.
To delete a logged time entry, tap Delete Volunteer Time.
To log time for a volunteer opportunity, tap Log Time.
Sync to Calendar
You can synchronize your volunteer shifts to the default calendar. If Sync to Calendar is enabled, shifts are added or removed from your calendar when you sign up or cancel.
To sync to calendar:
Tap Menu.
In the profile section, navigate to My Details.
Simply toggle the Sync to Calendar button to enable or disable the functionality to sync to calendar. You may be asked to grant access to the calendar, if you haven’t done so already.
Log Time
Volunteer time is logged automatically for most volunteer opportunities that you sign up using Philanthropy Cloud. However, you must log time manually for your flexible volunteer opportunities, as well as for any other volunteering that you do.
Flexible opportunities enable you to volunteer according to your schedule. You can coordinate with the organizer to arrange your volunteer time. Once you have volunteered, you can log time for your flexible volunteer opportunities in Log Time from either Featured content or from My Volunteering.
You can also log time for your other one-time and recurring volunteer opportunities.
To log your volunteer time:
Navigate to Log Time from either Featured content or from My Volunteering.
Enter details about the volunteer opportunity.
Enter the place, time and duration of your volunteering.
Enter a short description of the activity.
Tap Log Time.
To edit the logged time for a volunteer opportunity, navigate to My Volunteering. Locate the appropriate opportunity and tap Edit Time to edit its details.
To delete a logged time entry, select Delete Volunteer Time.

Support access can be enabled as required. Support access automatically expires after one week and can be revoked at any time. Note: If you are an admin and your workplace purchased Philanthropy Cloud from Salesforce, a CRM account and login is required to create and manage cases in Trailblazer.
