The suggested order for an onboarding workflow is listed below.
You may not see all of these sections depending upon your privileges and the workplace you are logged into. Make sure you are in the right workplace context before performing any tasks.
If you are administering a workplace, it is recommended that you set up the branding, settings, content, and Home page before uploading users into the application to prepare a nice home for your users before they arrive.
You may want to upload other Organization Administrators or Workplace Account Managers separately before you upload the entire Employee Upload File. You could upload other admins separately and have them on board before you upload everyone, or do it all at the same time.
If you are a processor or have certain privileges, you may receive a message the first time you log in to ensure your Stripe Connect is set up and/or your Receipts and Confirmation Emails information is configured. Donations cannot be processed until both of these items are complete.
