Troubleshooting

This section provides information that may be necessary to troubleshoot and work with the application.

OAuth Error

You may receive an 'OAuth Error' after a period of inactivity. This is caused by a time stamp difference in the OAuth request versus Salesforce for an iOS login page after a period of inactivity.

To resolve the error, fully close the application and try logging in again.
